Thanks, First Church!

The First Church in Salem is supporting The Clothing Connection during its annual Holiday Outreach by providing clothes, toiletries, and gift cards donated by church members and friends. First Church also donates space to us in their building all year; rare is the day when one of us isn't heading down to our basement storehouse to load up on clothes. (Today, we worked on restocks for the closets at Bates Elementary and the Early Childhood Center.) We are grateful to Mark Nichols and Jim Ognibene for not only choosing us to be part of this year's mission, but also for being such helpful partners. And we are also thankful for Catherine Bertrand, Congregational Administrator; Billy McCarthy, Sexton; Reverend Jenny Rankin, Interim Minister; and Marlene Warner, Treasurer.
